Job summary

Shake Shack seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting in New York. You will train and coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold the brand's hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations: personnel management, food planning/ prep, purchasing, sanitation, health codes.
• Ability to manage finances and understand cost controls.
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching and achieving excellence
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
