Job summary

Winston Water Cooler is seeking a motivated inside sales professional in Phoenix to handle inbound calls, prepare quotes, and process orders. You will support outside sales, manage fast-paced customer interactions, and help ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes urgency, detail, and teamwork to raise performance. We offer a competitive compensation package with an annual salary range and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in inside sales or customer-facing roles in plumbing, HVAC, industrial, or building materials.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work with speed and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Experience with Epicor Eclipse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in support
• Provide accurate pricing, product information, and availability
• Prepare and process quotes and sales orders efficiently
• Support outside sales with quoting, order tracking, and follow-ups
• Monitor order status, backorders, and delivery timelines
• Resolve customer issues and process returns as needed
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand customer relationships
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accuracy and fulfillment
