Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to determine needs while maintaining professionalism.
• Match customer needs with W. W. Williams products and services and propose solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities beyond current needs and obtain customer agreement to proceed with the sale.
• Use product knowledge and catalogs to identify exact parts, pricing and availability.
• Prepare orders for sales obtained and ensure accurate invoicing.
