Lennox in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to quote jobs, close sales, and proactively upsell to our installed-base while collaborating with field sales and promotions.

This onsite role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years' related experience, plus strong relationship-building, listening, persuasion, negotiation and time management skills. CRM and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Requires at least 2 years related experience. Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
• Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Knows principles and processes for providing customer service including needs assessment and satisfaction.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge.
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office and CRM software.
