Job summary

Colonial Group seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to work with Sales Leadership and Outside Sales Executives. You will respond to inbound inquiries, pre-qualify prospects, generate quotes, and assign leads to the correct Sales Executive.

The role includes demos, contract facilitation, and maintaining Salesforce records. You should have 3+ years in customer service or inside sales, be comfortable making many outbound calls daily, and excel at English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Must be comfortable making 50-100 outbound calls per day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales-related calls and emails.
• Pre-qualify customers and assign to appropriate sales rep.
• Generate quotes and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate field presentations and meetings.
• Perform online demos to prospects.
• Close assigned customers and facilitate the contract process.
• Accurately update and maintain Salesforce.com.
• Maintain knowledge of products and configurations.
• Ensure quoted prices stay within discount guidelines.
• Sign 1-5 location retail and financial accounts for CIT business.
• Other duties as assigned.
