Job summary

JobStack, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate I in Phoenix, AZ to process orders and quotations via fax, email or telephone, coordinating customer service for the manufacturers we represent.

The role includes educating clients, upselling products and services, and handling cancellations or changes while informing involved personnel. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries with excellent customer service, processing orders and quotes accurately, and communicating pricing,

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of product lines represented.
• Experience in customer service in an office environment.
• Ability to work both independently and in a teamwork environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.

Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service.
• Answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette.
• Promptly respond to all emails, voicemails and phone calls.
• Promptly and accurately process customers' orders, quotes or returns.
• Provide follow up on quotes and orders throughout sales process.
• Obtain and communicate accurate information.
• Provide pricing, availability and delivery information.
• Set up new customer accounts.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints while escalating to appropriate managers when necessary.
