Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Experience selling in an inside sales environment.
• Experience with inventory sales.
• Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and email.
• Respond to customer orders and quotations from various channels.
• Coordinate with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers.
• Prepare proposals and generate oral and written quotations.
• Procure and maintain inventory; monitor inventory turns.
• Resolve customer service issues and track open sales orders.
• Follow up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.
