Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC seeks an energetic Inside Sales professional in Phoenix to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and timely responses to customer inquiries by phone, email, or fax. You will quote prices, prepare proposals, coordinate with operations to process orders, and manage inventory to ensure timely shipments and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of inside sales experience, experience with inventory sales, a HS diploma or GED

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2–5 years of experience in inside sales or related area.
• Experience selling in an inside sales environment and/or demonstrated success working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prospects for new sales opportunities via outbound calls and emails.
• Provides product pricing by consulting the price matrix and other tables to determine price.
• Prepares and submits proposals and generates oral and written quotations.
• Procures and maintains inventory and monitors inventory turns.
• Resolves customer service issues and tracks open sales orders.
• Performs follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction.
