QED is hiring an Industrial Inside Sales Representative in Phoenix to establish and grow customer relationships, handle orders, and recommend products through phone and in-person interactions. You will liaise with multiple internal departments and prepare quotes while ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business information.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers and customers.
• Strong math skills for pricing, quotes and totals.
• Familiarity with company systems and MS Office tools.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Liaise between customers and internal departments (credit, warehouse, outside sales, management).
• Determine product needs by knowledge of catalog and catalog numbers, references, and features.
• Provide quotations and estimates of prices, terms and delivery.
• Prepare sales tickets and track delivery and ordering details.
• Follow up on quotes to convert to orders.
• Handle customer issues diplomatically and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop knowledge of products to assist customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
