Job summary

Mars in Franklin, TN or Phoenix, AZ seeks a Customer Manager, Farm & Home to drive regional growth by delivering sales objectives and managing distributor and direct accounts. You will develop customer business plans, forecast accurately, and collaborate with finance, sales strategy and demand planning while traveling 25-35% to support Mars’ growth initiatives.

You will join a team focused on delivering share of customer volume, ROI-focused trade investments, and category growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in sales, marketing or category management in FMCG Industries.
• Experience in account management.
• Forecasting, trade management and syndicated data experience.
• Broker/distributor management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–35%.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional distributor/broker and direct business portfolio.
• Collaborate with category team to create insight-led presentations for category growth.
• Manage customer trade in line with RGM guidelines for ROI.
• Forecast accurately, identify gaps and fill them.
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance, sales strategy, customer service and demand planning.
