Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Support Lead to join a team delivering top-tier faculty onboarding and ongoing support. You will coach Faculty Support Associates, manage escalations, and ensure high-adoption accounts receive proactive guidance, course builds, and targeted coaching.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and time management. You will work with cross-functional teams, schedule flexible hours, and may travel during peak periods to support educators using Pearson Higher

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience in supporting faculty onboarding with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to break down complex messages for all audiences.
• Curiosity, creative thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of educational technology and ability to learn new tech.
• Ability to learn new skills and share with team.
• Motivated, energetic, collaborative, and able to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to schedule changes and occasional travel during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support Faculty Support Associates and coach them.
• Take escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and assist at-risk adoptions.
• Handle course builds and guidance for high-service accounts.
• Lead instructor onboarding sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate leadership, time management, and strong communication.
