Job summary

Pearson is seeking a proactive Faculty Support Lead to empower educators with Pearson courseware. You will coach support associates, address escalations, and guide high-touch adoptions through expert guidance and processes.

You will also help with course builds, instructor onboarding, and collaboration across teams to ensure timely, high-quality support during peak periods and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years supporting faculty onboarding with technology.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex topics.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong organization and time-management; meets multiple deadlines.
• Experience with educational technology and Pearson Higher Education tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Faculty Support Associates; manage escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and support at-risk adoptions.
• Support course builds and provide guidance for high-service accounts.
• Run instructor onboarding sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
