Pearson is seeking a proactive Faculty Support Lead to join our team, providing the highest level of faculty support for Pearson educators. You will answer inquiries, coach associates, handle escalations, and drive course builds for high-service accounts.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong time management, and effective cross-team collaboration. Hours are 8AM-8PM EST, Monday–Friday, with additional coverage during peak periods, including some weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years in supporting faculty onboarding with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, clear, professional and persuasive.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Provide faculty support and answer inquiries about Pearson courseware.
• Coach Faculty Support Associates and handle escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and assist at-risk adoptions needing added support.
• Manage course builds and guidance for accounts with higher service demands.
• Lead instructor onboarding sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
