Pearson is seeking a proactive Faculty Support role to assist educators, coach team members, and manage escalations. You will work closely with Pearson Higher Education products, guiding accounts with higher service needs and coordinating instructor onboarding sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience in supporting faculty onboarding/set up with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to diverse audiences.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and ability to explore solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of faculty support for Pearson educators and inquiries.
• Coach Faculty Support Associates and manage escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and support at-risk adoptions.
• Handle course builds and guidance for accounts needing higher service levels.
• Lead instructor onboarding sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
