Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands-on operator to build a scalable operating system for procurement, logistics, and software licensing across its manufacturing footprint. You will own end-to-end processes, from vendor management to asset deployment, while integrating systems to track status across warehouses and the production line.

You will thrive in ambiguity, design repeatable workflows, and drive compliance as the company scales its defense technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of building operational processes from zero.
• 5+ years in operations, procurement, supply chain, IT/OT asset management, or a generalist role.
• Depth in at least one domain: procurement, asset/IT lifecycle, or logistics.
• Fluency across connected systems (ticketing, warehouse, ERP) and turning data into auditable processes.
• Ability to influence without authority among cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on willingness to be hands-on; this role builds and does.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement end-to-end from need to purchase and delivery.
• Manage dock-to-floor logistics including receiving, staging, verification, and deployment.
• Stand up software licensing and enterprise licensing transitions.
• Develop SOPs and dashboards to scale operations with governance.
