USD Facilities Management in Vermillion, SD is hiring for Facility Workers in the Custodial Services department. Duties include cleaning, trash removal, floor care, restocking supplies, and reporting repairs. Multiple shifts are available, with a starting rate of $16/hour and an excellent benefits package.
The role emphasizes safety and customer service in university facilities. Hours are 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, with a 12-month term and regular appointment.
USD Facilities Management is hiring for Facility Workers in the Custodial Services department. Duties include, but are not limited to: collect and remove trash; clean and dust furniture, windows, and walls; wet mop, strip and wax floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets; mop and/or buff floors; clean and disinfect bathrooms and restock supplies; room set ups; change light bulbs and clean light fixtures; remove snow/ice; report needed repairs; and maintain a safe environment by cleaning up spills and removing hazards. Hiring for multiple shifts. Starting rate is $16/hour with an excellent benefits package, including generous vacation and sick leave and 11 paid holidays per year. Multiple shifts available.
