You’ll oversee service delivery, leverage CRM for reporting, and negotiate with contractors in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a base salary of $70,000 with uncapped commissions and On Track Earnings over $110,000, plus comprehensive benefits and a generous bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5+ years in sales and management in building maintenance or facility management.
• HS diploma required; bachelor’s degree desirable.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand client relationships to drive retention and expansion.
• Oversee service delivery across client sites and manage contractor relationships.
