City Wide Tulsa is seeking an Account Manager, called a Facility Solution Manager, to lead client engagement, retention, ascension and referral initiatives, delivering raving advocates and long-term partnerships.

The role offers a six-figure income opportunity with base salary plus bonus/commission and an OTE of $100k+ and requires a high-energy, proactive, customer-focused professional with transportation for daily client visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client retention role or related sales/customer service.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for clients to ensure work meets quality standards.
• Manage, expand, and diversify client relationships with a view to add-on opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the client when coordinating with contractors and crew to exceed expectations.
