Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager (Account Manager) to lead client engagement, retention, and referral initiatives, driving loyalty and growth across a network of franchises. The role offers a six-figure opportunity with base salary plus bonuses and an OTE of $100k+.

You will oversee service delivery, manage contractors, supervise Night Managers, coordinate staffing, and ensure contract compliance while traveling daily to client locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client retention or service roles.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
• Technologically proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client retention and service expansion; negotiate agreements and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage contractor performance, compliance, and service standards; replace contractors as needed.
• Supervise Night Managers; coordinate staffing and service execution.
• Manage inspections, procurement, CRM data entry; maintain documentation.
• Conduct inspections and review client feedback for corrective actions.
• Assist with invoice collection and contractor payments; maintain schedules.
