Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Findlay, OH seeks a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations of a contracted service area. You will train, inspect performance, handle client issues, and build long-term relationships with clients and contractors.

The role requires 3–5+ years in sales/management of building maintenance or related fields, with a track record in client retention and strong communication skills. Travel is required daily to client sites.

• Strong client retention track record with measurable goals.
• High attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel daily to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification.
• Formulate a service strategy tailored to each client and negotiate agreements.
• Oversee contractor relationships, pricing, and compliance.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-up.
• Supervise Night Managers and ensure service execution aligns with client goals.
• Promote and source supplies for clients and monitor spending.
• Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts and new opportunities.
• Keep client documentation up to date and coordinate scheduling.
