Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial client accounts in Kent, WA. You will manage client relationships, ensure high service quality, and supervise independent contractors to deliver results.

Ideal candidates will be proactive, relationship-driven, and highly organized, capable of communicating effectively and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM databases.
• Reliable transportation for client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client relationships with focus on retention, satisfaction, and opportunity expansion.
• Develop customized service strategies and schedules for each client.
• Conduct regular client visits and quality inspections to ensure service standards.
• Address client concerns and follow through on commitments.
• Negotiate agreements for additional services including pricing, staffing and logistics.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding and the launch of new client accounts.
• Supervise and support Night Managers to ensure consistent service delivery.
