Job summary

City Wide of Charlotte is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to lead client engagement, retention, ascension and referral initiatives, turning clients into loyal advocates and partners. This is a six-figure income opportunity with a base salary plus monthly car allowance, commissions and quarterly bonuses.

You will oversee retention and service expansion, manage contractors, supervise Night Managers, and ensure service quality across inspections, scheduling and CRM data entry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client retention or service roles.
• Strong relationship and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel daily to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client retention and service expansion by negotiating agreements and follow-ups.
• Manage contractor performance and ensure service standards.
• Supervise Night Managers and coordinate staffing.
• Inspect, document, and support invoicing and client records.
• Review client feedback and drive corrective actions with teams.
• Assist with invoice collection and contractor payments.
