Job summary

City Wide of Tulsa is seeking Account Managers (Facility Solution Managers) to lead client engagement, retention, ascension, and referral initiatives. This role offers a six-figure income opportunity with a base salary and bonus/commission structure, and an OTE of $100k+.

The successful candidate will maintain strong client relationships, manage multiple priorities, and travel daily to client locations, contributing to exceptional customer experiences and growth for the company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point of contact for clients and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Manage, expand, and diversify client relationships with potential add-on opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the client when coordinating with Independent Contractors and crew members.
• Lead the execution of company policies related to client service levels.
