Job summary

City Wide of Columbus is seeking Facility Solutions Managers (Account Managers) to lead the execution of client engagement, retention, ascension and referral initiatives, resulting in raving, loyal advocates who become life-long partners. This is a six figure income opportunity, to include base salary and bonus/commission structure with OTE of $100k+!

We are a management company in the building maintenance industry, supporting building owners and property managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client retention or service roles with a record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident, adaptable and forward-thinking; comfortable voicing ideas for improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel daily to client locations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client retention and service expansion through agreements and follow-ups.
• Manage contractor performance, compliance, and service standards; replace as needed.
• Supervise Night Managers, coordinate staffing, and execute service strategies.
• Manage inspections, procurement, and CRM data entry with accurate documentation.
• Conduct inspections, review client feedback, and drive corrective actions.
• Assist with invoice collection, contractor payments, and maintain client records.
