Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Facility Operations Assistant Manager to support the Operations Manager in delivering clean, safe, and welcoming clubs. This full-time role includes training staff, coordinating schedules, and assisting with budgeting while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

The position requires flexible scheduling, CPR/AED within 30 days, AFO certification, and CPO within 3 months, with opportunities to contribute to safety initiatives and club operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• AFO certification is required for the role.
• CPO license must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• 1 year of customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas and amenities with staff.
• Respond to member feedback promptly and communicate solutions.
• Assist in monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching and feedback to team members.
• Serve on the club Safety Committee ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Assist with recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department.
• Attend weekly department and all club meetings.
• Build positive relationships with members and gather feedback.
• Coordinate and create Operations staff schedules.
