Job summary

Life Time is seeking an experienced Facility Operations Manager to lead the Operations department at our club in Minnesota. You will manage staff, training, budgeting, and project oversight to ensure a high standard of operations and customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of management experience, and relevant building operations background. CPR/AED and CPO certifications are required with specific timelines.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of management experience required.
• Building operations experience required.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• CPO license within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs repeatedly and move around the club.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for the Ops department and advises GM on hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains department budget and submits financial reports.
• Ensures cleanliness and Welcoming environment of locker rooms, floors, and common areas.
• Oversees payroll and ensures labor costs stay within budget.
• Coaches, manages and schedules up to 40 team members.
• Trains staff through orientation, direction, and feedback.
• Oversees maintenance and repair projects and coordinates with other departments.
