Job summary

Life Time is seeking a proactive Facility Operations Assistant Manager to support the Facility Operations Manager in delivering clean, safe, and welcoming club environments. The role includes training staff, managing schedules, and assisting with budget planning while adapting to the Manager's schedule.

The position emphasizes customer service, safety compliance with OSHA guidelines, and active involvement in club operations and member engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire.
• AFO certification required; CPO license within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities.
• Respond to member feedback with urgency and follow up with solutions.
• Assist in monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Coordinate and create Operations staff schedules.
• Attend department meetings and support club safety requirements.
