Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant Manager to support the Facilities Operations Manager in delivering clean, safe, and welcoming club environments. You will assist with daily operations, training, and scheduling while maintaining strong member relations.

The role requires a flexible schedule, CPR/AED within 30 days, AFO, and CPO certifications. You’ll contribute to budgeting and safety, coordinating meetings and fostering a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• AFO certification and CPO license within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain locker rooms, fitness floors, and common areas.
• Respond to member feedback with urgency and follow up with solutions.
• Assist in monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Support safety compliance and OSHA-related policies.
• Assist with recruiting and interviewing for Operations.
• Attend weekly department and all-club meetings.
• Schedule Operations staff and coordinate shifts.
