Job summary

Life Time seeks a Facility Operations Assistant Manager to support the Facilities Operations Manager in maintaining clean, safe clubs. The role involves training staff, assisting with budgets, and stepping in when the Manager is away.

The position requires CPR/AED, AFO and CPO certifications with a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Wages start at $26.00 per hour and can reach $34.75 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• AFO certification is required for aquatic facilities.
• CPO license must be obtained within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas and amenities.
• Respond to member feedback with urgency and provide solutions.
• Assist in monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching and feedback to staff.
• Attend safety and operations meetings and coordinate staff schedules.
