Amentum is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Supervisor to provide technical support, direction, safety training, audits, and quality control for facility, production, and contract staff in a fast‑paced industrial setting.

The role emphasizes prioritizing client needs and ensuring on‑time completion of tasks, with training and cross-training opportunities for multi‑functional teams. Strong documentation and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent trade school credentials preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites with emphasis on Excel and Access.
• Experience in a supervisory or subcontract management capacity within a technical industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a leadership position demonstrating the ability to analyze Facilities Maintenance related problems and determine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage documentation and scheduled maintenance via Maximo/SAP.
• Lead safety program for the worksite and maintain safety reporting.
• Review new job requests to differentiate between in-scope and non-scope work.
• Approve time reporting and compile performance reports for management.
• Participate in cost savings analysis and root cause analysis.
