Job summary

Amentum seeks an experienced Site Operations Manager for Farmington Hills, MI to lead an operations and maintenance team of technicians and professionals. The role focuses on directing facility maintenance, building automation, and safety programs to meet client expectations and drive future opportunities.

The position emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and subcontractor coordination in a GMP-like environment, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and potential after-hours demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of industrial Facilities Maintenance experience or demonstrated equivalent in experience.
• 5+ years of facility operations/maintenance experience including supervisory experience.
• Experience utilizing CMMS and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership to administer a predictive and reliability-centered maintenance program.
• Supervise staff performing facility maintenance, safety, building automation, and maintenance projects.
• Utilize Maximo to monitor facilities maintenance work and evaluate performance.
