Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Facility Maintenance Project Manager to fully manage internal and external facility projects. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise activities, ensuring client satisfaction while meeting cost, schedule, and contractual requirements.

The role also supports maintenance teams, develops cost-saving strategies, and identifies opportunities to improve asset reliability and operation efficiency within a manufacturing/large commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• Four years of progressive facilities projects and maintenance experience, with two+ years in supervisory or technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise facility projects to meet cost, schedule, and contract requirements.
• Lead and develop staff; manage subcontractor relations and procurement.
• Identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present findings to clients and management as needed.
• Ensure safety regulations are understood and followed.
