Amentum is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance on aircraft, support equipment, and tools. You will ensure safe, scheduled work and supervise maintenance staff, prioritizing tasks and reviewing performance.

The role requires extensive hands-on maintenance, including troubleshooting, modifications, and adherence to manuals, with emphasis on OSHA regulations, NAMIS usage, and coordination with engineering. Travel as needed.

Competenze

• High School education or equivalent.
• Five or more years in aircraft maintenance.
• A&P license preferred.
• Experience with NAMIS and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of aircraft maintenance and scheduling.
• Supervise maintenance staff and set priorities.
• Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, servicing and routine complex maintenance.
• Review manuals and service bulletins to determine repair methods.
• Provide guidance on technical orders and safety procedures.
• Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and inventory.
• Coordinate with Engineering on modifications and upgrades.
• Train employees on company equipment and OSHA rules.
• Meet with customers and company leadership as required.
