Amentum in Mossville, IL is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-skilled team in a fast-paced industrial setting. The role covers safety, quality, scheduling, and client satisfaction across facilities and production maintenance.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage workload, and ensure compliance with safety policies while coordinating with EHS and management. This position requires a strong technical background and effective leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ten years of progressive industrial facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate aerial lift or scissor lift up to 30 ft.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security access badge.
• Must be able to work various shifts, weekends and overtime.
• Pre-employment substance abuse test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational teams supporting Facilities and Production Maintenance.
• Train and develop subordinate staff, estimate personnel needs, assign work, and meet completion dates.
• Interpret and apply organizational policies consistently.
• Review work requirements and coordinate materials, instructions, etc.
• Oversee subcontractor activities as directed.
• Ensure accurate employee time accounting in Maximo and Deltek.
• Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
