Amentum is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC-focused) to lead daily maintenance operations for HVAC and mechanical building systems at the site. The role combines frontline supervision with hands-on technical work and requires strong leadership of technicians and coordination with stakeholders.

The candidate will supervise preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC issues, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality workmanship across all building systems.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in facilities maintenance.
• 2+ years supervisory or team leadership.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and control schematics.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and service providers.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion aligned with SLAs.
• Provide field leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to direct reports.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to standards.
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues affecting occupant comfort or manufacturing environments.
• Lead vendor access coordination and subcontractor management.
