Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to uphold building and grounds standards across our properties. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and manage preventative maintenance to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Responsibilities include making ready vacant units, coordinating with vendors, tracking inventory, and documenting service requests. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities for bonus programs.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification Type 1/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, schedule vendors, obtain supplies, inspect work.
• Access materials and track inventory, return unused items, notify re-ordering needs.
• Document and track service requests in a timely, accurate manner.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean and paint as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.
