Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to company standards. You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks for vacant units, coordinating vendors as needed.

Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, documenting work, and supporting asset protection on-site while complying with safety rules. Some travel to other properties may be required; a valid license is essential.

Qualifications

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinates vendors as needed.
• Maintains documentation of work and inventory usage.
• Complies with safety policies and participates in safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building systems, amenities, and common areas.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and cleaning to uphold property standards.
• Inspect contractors' work for quality and compliance with specs.
• Maintain records and report issues to management.

Education

EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications

State and Local certifications

Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
