Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas. You will diagnose issues from resident requests, perform repairs, and support make-ready tasks for vacant units.

You will follow safety policies, OSHA guidelines and on-site procedures while documenting work orders and coordinating with the maintenance team. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type I/II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on property vehicles.
• All state/local certificates as required for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks materials, accesses supplies, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents work performed to enable accurate service records.
