Job summary

The Bay Club Company in Redondo Beach seeks an operations-focused team member to maintain club facilities and deliver exceptional member service. You will implement SOPs, perform preventive maintenance on pool, plumbing and electrical systems, restock supplies, and keep a clean, safe environment while greeting guests with a professional attitude.

This role requires flexibility for weekend and holiday hours and a proactive, owner-like mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to read/understand, analyze, and interpret general training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the company's standard operating procedures.
• Preventive maintenance responsibility of the building such as pool vacuuming and testing / adjusting pool water chemicals, plumbing, light electrical and painting.
• Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Greet members and guests through-out the property.
• Understand and anticipate the needs of the property
• Be attentive and listen carefully to the member's and follow through.
• Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner.
• Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings and training.
• Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
• Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings.
