Qualifications

• Minimum three years of building operations experience.
• Leadership and team management experience preferred.

• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical and drywall is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall).
• Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility system issues.
• Maintain safety compliance and accurate maintenance records.
