Job summary

The Bay Club Company seeks a Service-oriented Operations Associate to support daily club operations and deliver outstanding member experiences. You will assist in guest check-in, registrations, and general front-of-house duties across multiple areas including reception, pool deck, and parking operations.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and a proactive, team-driven attitude. Flexibility for day/evening shifts and occasional weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in hospitality or related service position preferred.
• Food Safety certified (if applicable)
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service attitude and abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, anticipates needs of others and willing to acquire new skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; check in and assist with registrations and guest waivers.
• Provide information about club programming and facilities.
• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and associates to encourage repeat business.
• Operate reception duties including handling cash and payments if applicable.
• Support food and beverage service and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown of pool deck and parking areas.
• Communicate timely and follow up; participate in events and trainings.
