Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facility Technology Coordinator to bridge property management, facility operations, technology services, and client services in a hands-on role.

You will support day-to-day property operations, coordinate vendor services, provide first-level IT support, help ensure reliable facility and technology performance for clients and colleagues across sites, and participate in onboarding and AV support for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration, IT support, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to customize reports.
• Familiarity with CMMS, AV systems, and conference room tech.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations and technology tasks.
• Provide onsite first-level IT support and triage requests.
• Assist with onboarding and equipment deployment for new hires.
• Support audiovisual setup, room reservations, and events.
• Maintain equipment inventories and coordinate recycling/disposal as needed.
