You will troubleshoot workstation and AV issues, support meetings, maintain CMMS tasks, and uphold safety and environmental standards while delivering professional client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Facility or Property Administration, IT support, or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility operations and equipment maintenance using CMMS.
• Provide onsite first-level IT and AV support for meetings and events.
• Assist onboarding and equipment deployment for new hires.
• Support audiovisual systems and conference room technology.
• Deliver professional, client-focused service and maintain records.
