Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to lead a team ensuring a safe, well-maintained store environment for customers and employees. You will support the Facility Manager, perform preventive and break-fix actions, and manage parts, vendor relations, and safety procedures.

The role requires hands-on facilities experience with mechanical maintenance, strong HVAC/refrigeration knowledge, and CMMS/Coupa familiarity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on facilities experience with emphasis in mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to perform preventive and on-demand maintenance across store facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in Store Operations.
• Operate and monitor building controls and building systems.
• Record maintenance activities and maintain CMMS history.
• Coordinate with vendors and store leadership; manage parts ordering and meetings.
