Job summary

The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee is seeking a Facilities Systems Specialist to manage the CMMS (AkitaBox), optimize work orders, and maintain preventive maintenance data to support operations and capital planning. You will support technicians, generate monthly reports, and ensure asset lifecycle data is accurate while contributing to deferred maintenance planning and utility reporting.

This full-time, exempt role includes a 40-hour work week, a $58,000–$65,000 salary, and a 10%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with CMMS systems, facilities management, or data management.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and facilities systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data entry.
• Working knowledge of CMMS platforms, asset management, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency in work order management and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work Order Management - maintain data accuracy in CMMS (AkitaBox).
• Monitor and adjust work order close-out dates for accurate monthly reporting.
• Generate monthly work order reports and outstanding lists.
• Assist technicians with work order documentation and close out.
• Verify labor hours, costs, asset impacts, and work details are recorded accurately.
• Regularly review and update the preventive maintenance program.
• Train new users on CMMS system functionality and best practices.
• Asset Management - manage asset lifecycle updates and onboarding during project closeout.
• Enter equipment, vehicles, and asset data into AkitaBox; audit asset records for accuracy.
• Maintain asset relationships within AkitaBox; ensure deferred maintenance data in MyFacilityPlan.
• Analyze and report on asset performance to guide deferred maintenance decisions.
• Data Entry - input and maintain utility data in EnergyStar Portfolio Manager.
• Provide data entry, reporting, and project support to Facilities Business Operations.
• Ensure vehicle information for USOPC fleet is up to date.
