City Wide Facility Solutions in Orlando seeks a proactive Facility Solutions Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial clients. You will ensure high service levels and proactive problem-solving across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include site visits, coordinating vendors, and maintaining strong client relationships, while driving operational efficiency and business growth with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or facilities management.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally within the Greater Orlando area.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via regular communication and site visits.
• Conduct facility inspections to ensure services meet quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage a network of service vendors and contractors.
• Proactively identify facility needs and recommend maintenance solutions.
• Resolve service issues quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple client accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless delivery.
