Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to lead the business operations for assigned client accounts. You will manage client relationships, coordinate site visits, and supervise Night Managers, while driving retention and expansion of services.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales and management in building maintenance or related fields, strong communication, CRM and MS Office skills, and daily travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or related field.
• 3+ years track record of client retention success with measurable goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships including retention and expansion of services.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services and pricing.
• Coordinate site visits, inspections, and contractor performance.
• Ensure quality control and high client satisfaction through follow‑through.
