JLL is seeking a Planner/Scheduler Manager to lead facilities, maintenance, and related operations for client sites. The role partners with senior facilities leaders to ensure uptime, safety, and service excellence across multiple buildings.

The ideal candidate has extensive facilities management experience, strong leadership, and proven abilities in vendor oversight, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of facilities management experience in a corporate environment or with a service provider.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of high-performing teams.
• Proficiency with CMMS and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop facilities staff to deliver service levels within budgets.
• Manage work assignments for technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Provide coaching and performance management to direct reports throughout the year.
• Address employee performance issues promptly and effectively.
• Pursue training resources to improve team capabilities and technical competencies.
