The role requires directing technicians, vendors, and contractors, managing budgets, and delivering timely reports while aligning with client expectations and company standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environments or with service providers.
• Proven leadership, coaching and performance management abilities.
• Experience with CMMS and standard business practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities staff, assign work and manage budgets.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and vendor activities on-site.
• Ensure client satisfaction and effective service delivery.
