Job summary

JLL seeks a Planner/Scheduler Manager in Michigan to provide leadership over maintenance, housekeeping, and indirect materials management for a corporate facility. You will drive safety, tenant service, and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and lifecycle performance.

The role partners with senior facilities leaders to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction, with weekend/alternative schedules as needed to meet facility requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environments, third-party providers, or consulting.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop facilities staff to meet service levels and budgets.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and inspections; coordinate with operations.
• Manage contractor activities on-site and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee service delivery and vendor management programs.
• Ensure safety, compliance and consistent service delivery.
